Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

No cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes are permitted within 48 hours of your booking.

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.


Late changes make it difficult for us to offer the appointment to another client.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show.
No-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Medical History Form (New Clients)

All new clients at Skin by Shiba are required to complete a medical history and skin questionnaire before their first treatment. This helps us ensure all laser hair removal treatments are safe, suitable, and tailored to your individual needs.

By completing this form, you agree to:
